“Jane’s area of competence and interest include working with individuals who are dually diagnosed, and those that have other complex life challenges including medical, legal, and social issues.”
Jane has a passion for working with people who suffer from complex trauma, addiction, parenting, life, and co-dependency issues.  She is well versed in working with a number of process addictions, most specifically eating disorders, love and relationship addictions, gambling, sexual compulsivity, as well as obsessive compulsive and anxiety disorders.   Additionally she works with and will intervene on individuals who are psychiatrically compromised but do not have addiction issues.

Jane believes in looking at a person and the family from a holistic point view and is not only concerned with getting her clients the very best treatment available, but directing the entire family toward better emotional and physical health.  She consults with a client's treatment team to provide "after-care" and relapse prevention support plans for her clients emerging from in-patient treatment programs.

Jane is trained in and familiar with a variety of intervention methodologies and will use whichever strategy or combination of techniques necessary to move the client from the crisis state to the safety of a treatment environment or plan. She always chooses to use the least invasive intervention and harm reduction strategies when possible.

Jane is connected with the finest network of treatment centers and professionals in the world. She regularly attends conferences and training seminars around the country.

She is a nationally known speaker and trainer on the topic of Crisis Intervention and the Complex and Co-Morbid Client.  She travels both nationally and internationally to serve individuals and families in need.
